Special orders take 3-5 weeks to ship during low season, 4-6 during normal season, 6-8 weeks during peak season. Ring Jewelry require a 12 piece PER size and 36 piece minimum. Earrings and Pendants Jewelry require 36 piece minimum. Bracelets and Necklaces Jewelry require 24 piece minimum. Minimums may be waived by sales manager discretion. 30% deposit is required.
* We can also customize your jewelry special order by changing stone colors, plating, enamel colors, treatments, and more. Custom special orders require quotation based on specification. Minimum 50 jewelry pieces per style. Deliveries range from 8-10 weeks including quotation and sampling. 70% deposit is required.
