Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.
● This includes: Defective Items, Incorrect Items, and Non-Defective Items.
● All defective and incorrect items will be replaced or will be issued an in-house credit.
● All non-defective items will receive an in-house credit with a 15% re-stocking fee.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Returns Department before returning any merchandise back to J. Goodin.

Invoice Number
Item Number
If the returning item is a ring, please provide us with the ring size
Quantity
Reason for the return, ie. wrong size, damaged, etc.
The Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the outside of the returning package, or the package will be refused.

Original tags must be intact. Items with no tag will not be accepted.
Worn merchandise will not be accepted.
All special order, sale, or clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned.
