If you’re looking to sell jewelry online, we may have a program that is just for you. Our dropship program can make it easy for anyone to sell jewelry online.
During these economic times, moving towards the JUST IN TIME (JIT) inventory model is what many small businesses are doing. The money once invested in inventory can now be put towards other parts of your business that are necessary to succeed, i.e. marketing strategy. In recognizing the JUST IN TIME movement with many online businesses, we decided the J.Goodin dropship program would be complementary to helping online start-up businesses grow.
Whether you have our catalogs, our line sheets, or plug into our product feed via RSS or excel, J. Goodin as your Jewelry Dropshipper will deliver the merchandise direct to your customer’s doorstep. And your only cost is the wholesale price plus a shipping and handling fee. Within the United States, a $5 shipping and handling fee is charged per order. International shipping and handling is an $11 charge per order.
Though we cannot guarantee 100% stock availability, our standard fulfillment is near 90% via our product feeds. Inventory quantities can be downloaded from our dropship order portal easily and uploaded to your website so it is always up to date.
We may not offer our Reseller Dropship Program to everyone immediately; however, we are happy to take applications. Training, support, and additional rules will be explained upon acceptance.

Dropship Frequently Asked Questions
What is dropshipping?
A dropshipper is a manufacturer or authorized wholesale distributor who will ship your single item orders directly to your customers. You, the retailer, will be provided the marketing materials such as photos, descriptions, specs on your website. This product information (pictures, descriptions, specs) is sold at retail value. Once you receive an order you will email or call the drop ship supplier with the customer’s order information and they will in turn ship the product directly to your customer.
How did the concept of dropshipping begin?
The concept of dropshipping was influenced largely by the Just-In-Time (JIT) movement in manufacturing; the concept of a reduced inventory became popular as a cost reduction method. In turn, reduced inventory in factories resulted in a lower risk and cost savings. Likewise, the retail world embraced similar benefits of an "on-demand" type of supply chain with drop shipping methods. Dropshipping with J. Goodin will allow the retailer to cut inventory, labor, packaging, and shipping costs. This will enable you to focus your efforts on marketing your business to new and existing customers.
Are there disadvantages to dropshipping?
Yes. The biggest disadvantages are some of the following:
1. Dropshipper is in control of when an item is shipped. J.Goodin’s policy is to ship within two business days of receipt of order form.
2. Retailers must abide by minimum price requirements.
3. If an item is discontinued by the wholesaler, the retailer has no control and must take that item off their catalog or website.
4. Retailer must watch inventory feeds distributed by the wholesaler closely to ensure the products advertised for sale are in fact in stock.
What are the advantages to dropshipping?
There are many ways to benefit from drop shipping. Some of the benefits are as follows:
1. Overhead costs are cut significantly.
2. You get to set the retail price at whatever you want for nice profits.
3. There are no minimum order requirements.
4. You pay the wholesaler only after you receive an order.
What kind of profit margins can I make with dropshipping?
Many wholesale companies will give a retailer between 25-75% discounts off suggested retail pricing (MSRP). The final agreed pricing model is between you, the reseller, and the wholesale distributor.
What is a blind dropshipper?
A blind dropshipper will ship product to your customers, under your name only. They will not have any of their information (i.e. company name, address, advertising...etc.) on the products they send to your customers. J.Goodin, Inc. is a blind dropshipper.
Why does J. Goodin need my credit card information on file?
We will need your credit card information on file so we can bill you for the products you order. Remember, as your customers pay you the retail cost of the products, you will need to pay the drop shipper for the wholesale cost of the products to be sent. It is easier for the dropshipper to simply bill your credit card.
Should my customers pay me first before I pay the dropshipper?
We recommend that you collect your customer’s payment before placing an order with us.
Do you Dropship internationally?
Yes, we do.
Will J. Goodin supply pictures of their products for my website?
We will supply you with one to three pictures of each product available for drop ship.
How fast can I start making money with dropshipping?
Much of this will depend on how well you have put together things in your business plan and on your website. Simply having products to sell on the internet usually will not make money without a solid strategy and marketing plan in place.
Do I need a reseller number to sell products from J. Goodin?
Yes, in fact in order to buy from most reputable jewelry dropshippers, you will need to provide your reseller number or tax id number. We, the wholesale drop shipper, need to show proof to the government that we can sell to you without charging you a sales tax.
Does J. Goodin Give Product Pictures?
Yes we do. The photo URL is included in our data feeds.
Do you require a membership fee to participate in Dropshipping?
No, the only thing we require is that you register with us online so we can have your company information on file to better assist you. Registration is free!
Does J. Goodin require a minimum order requirement for the Reseller Dropship Program?
There is no minimum order requirement for our Reseller Dropship Program.
